Shipping Within India
All orders received today will be packed the following day and dispatched the next day. You can expect a delay if it’s a Sunday, a long weekend, a sale, or a national holiday. Depending on your location / proximity to Kolkata, delivery can take 1-14 days. Any concerns or claims related to the delivery must be brought forward within seven days from the confirmed delivery date based on tracking details. Regrettably, we will not be able to entertain disputes raised after this specified period.

Note: When a package is marked as delivered or a tracking update indicates that the package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us within 3 days of the order being marked as delivered.
International Shipping
Along with shipping across India, we also ship to most countries worldwide. Depending on your location / proximity to Kolkata, delivery can take 2-4 weeks.
You will be able to check the international shipping cost on the cart and checkout page after adding the products. International shipping begins at 1 kilogram and increases by kilograms. Make sure you have enough products in your cart to take advantage of your shipping rate. It is imperative to be aware that different countries have different customs rules and regulations. If your package is held at customs in your country, you will be responsible for communicating with them and for any additional costs.
Don’t accept the package if it is damaged – If you decide to accept it, remember to mention it in the delivery note before you are asked to sign off on the delivery.
Always, take a video of the package and unpacking process – We need this proof to raise a claim with the courier partner without which we won’t be able to offer compensation for any damage or missing items.
